Co-Founder
Steve
After earning a Business Management degree from Staffordshire University, Steve built a 16-year career as a Design Engineer specialising in air movement systems and structural steelwork, managing projects from concept to commissioning. In 2022, Steve co-founded G&M Engineering Associates Ltd with Ben MacDonald, officially launching in January 2023

Ben is an accomplished engineer with over 24 years of experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of structural steelwork and mechanical systems. Holding a degree in Engineering, he combines practical expertise with advanced technical knowledge across all stages of the engineering process. As co-founder and technical lead of G&M Engineering Associates Ltd, Ben is recognised for his problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to integrate modern engineering tools with hands-on experience. Driven by innovation and efficiency, he is dedicated to advancing UK manufacturing through intelligent design, automation, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Site Based Project Engineer
Mark
Mark began his career at age 16 as an apprentice installation engineer and, through dedication and hands-on experience, progressed to the role of Site Foreman, successfully managing site projects for over 20 years. In January 2025, he joined G&M Engineering Associates Ltd, to lead all on-site activities as an On-Site Project Engineer
